My Personal Clear Skin Diet




So, if you're reading this, I'm sure you know how to get clear skin. I've had lots of friends and co-workers commenting on the appearance of my skin lately, so I figured I'd write about my clear skin diet that I made ​​to get my skin the way it works today.

Now as I said above there are some things that are not going to like about this diet that the fact that, in order to get clear skin, you will need to eat clean. So, right off the bat you will need to switch from any kind of convenient foods and eat foods that are packed full of vitamins and minerals. If you put good food in your body it will show in your skin. Just look at the most elite athletes. Have you noticed that even most of them have a good complexion? This is because they eat well.


So what you eat and how to get clear skin? The answer to this is quite simple. Really it's just common sense. Most people know what they should eat to be healthy, but not because they like foods that are bad for them to eat better or to fit their lifestyles. Basically, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I personally am a strict and that will eat one serving of fruit or vegetables at every meal. So, for breakfast I have cereal and cut some fruit to put on my cereal. And for lunch I have chicken breasts and warm side of vegetables. Dinner is the same as lunch. Once you start eating more vegetables it will become second nature, and you'll benefit from it in no time. Just eat lots of vegetables, a few weeks you will definitely notice an improvement in your skin!
