A Runner and His Vegetables




Today more than ever a runner, or any human being, in fact, be vegetables each day for optimal performance. If exercise is the king and the diet (vegetables) was queen of the kingdom together man! I find most of the racers are concerned about what they eat, that's why they run in the first place. Vegetables are usually eaten without first processed and milled cereal grains such as oats and wheat.


Vegetables are considered a variety of fruit that they can be cooked before eating. Fruit in general can be eaten raw as they come from plants and vegetables are often cooked before consumption. However, research shows that you get more value from your fruits and vegetables closer ... You can eat them in their natural state. Which means that ... fewer vitamins and minerals are in the process of loss ... if you eat them raw! There is a whole group of vegetables in which part of the plant, which botanists call the fruit is usually eaten.


These vegetables .... tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, melons and squash. Some vegetables are more important because of the leaves or stems. These include cabbage, lettuce, spinach, mustard, kale, endive, cress, parsley, asparagus and rhubarb. Still others are important, because their roots or their ... underground stems. These include white potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips, beets, parsnips and onions.


the seeds of vegetables are an important part of the food runners. These are peas, beans, soybeans and corn. Vegetables are much more important in supplying our needs for food today than they ever were before. This is because we understand what kind of food ... the human body needs a lot better than the grandfathers did. Stems are important to us because of the vitamins and minerals ... the value they contain.


vegetables are especially ... rich in vitamins such as vitamin A, thiamin, niacin and vitamin C. Vegetables are also important sources .... necessary minerals, including calcium, phosphorus and iron. Doctors recommend that we eat the potatoes ... at least one or two greens, leafy vegetables and one yellow vegetable every day.


Vegetables and fruits give lot alike in bulk in our diet, which helps the digestive system. Together with animal feed, and fish, which provides a lot of protein and starchy foods that provide carbohydrates, vegetables are among the three important species we should eat each day as a runner and all the people in the world
