Stress - Is it a Silent Killer?




In our days, the light barrier is breached by a mad breakneck pace of our lives. Almost as if we were all on a treadmill, trying to outdo each other in a stress marathon. Kind of like we're running around like headless chickens with all the gusto. Then we started asking questions like "What's the point?". Left unchecked, chronic stress is literally as serious as a heart attack. What can I do?


This is not an issue that can be answered in one-size-fits-all approach to the ball cap. We are all unique and different stages in life, with different stressors brings all of this.
